Meeting of Chile National Congress

ALMA develops ongoing outreach activities as part of its responsibility to bring ALMA's work closer to the public, especially to give youth the opportunity to interact with astronomy and learn the importance of this science in Chile. It holds ongoing meetings with different educational organisms. On this occasion, Pierre Cox, former director of ALMA and Valeria Foncea, Education and Public Outreach Officer for ALMA held a meeting with parliamentarians from the Chile National Congress.
