Horses of the High Plains of Chile

In this short video we can see a Chilean horseman, also called “huaso”, riding through the arid Atacama Desert. In Chile, there is a breed of horse that has emerged locally, called the Chilean horse, and they are characterized by their intelligence and endurance. This breed is often used for herding cattle and sports.
